Does Opencart need another twitter bootstrap theme.

I have been using Opencart for a good couple of years now and it has since gained massive popularity. With the new found popularity is a huge influx of new designers and the word is on the street everything now has to be responsive and adaptable to new devices.

Now here is the thing, many newbie web designers are convinced that everyone in the world has an iPad and the truth is that it is very very few. Ecommerce sites to not scale well to tablets and the idea of responsive design and the experimental techniques used most of the time render the site ugly on all screen sizes.

One of the most common frameworks fro responsive design is Twitter Bootstrap, you can get a Bootstrap theme for about any major CMS or cart now and the question I would like to ask is.

Is it only front end web designers that get a hard-on from Twitter Bootstrap or is it the whole internet that likes a big black navigation across the screen, oversize blue text on headings and boring grey backgrounds?
